hey guys..a few years ago i hurt my shoulder very badly along with damage to my rotator cuff..i did over a month of physical therapy but it didnt help much..over the past 2 months or so..my upper right back h as been hurting alot..sharp stabbing pains near my spine and my rotator cuff...today i was walking anbd had three pains that nearly made my knees buckle it was so bad...my shoulder seems to bend in some..and is slightly higer than the other...i am seeing the orthopedist next tuesday..i hope its notthing serious..all i know is a torn rotator cuff means surgery so im hopin its somethin else..ill keep u guys posted...sorry

Hey at least you'll have plenty of time to post here ;D JK  Bad Pain of A Main Joint = as bad as being slammed in the balls kinda pain. Do what you gotta do to get better and hey we can defiantly work around this as you're getting better. Like I said ref, and host practices whenever you feel like you can, guys would love it. |

yea man i feel ur pain. i got cracked cartilage in both my knees and i hav had therapy on it aswell and it still hurts from time to time. but yea like will said man, just do wat u got to do and we will keep on truckin. just host and ref or even just chill and shyt. but hope u do better man.
