It's not often for me, anymore at least, but a few times after a long game of running around I would be so tired that I didn't even want to move. Sometimes even in a game I'll avoid a sweep, because I'm about to collapse.
So I strongly suggest we adopt a simple diet, and exercise program for ourselves just to at least obtain the stamina needed to compete in very tough competition.
I think push ups get your heart pumping a lot, and that thing where you sit on a wall will help out for not getting tired so easily when moving around a lot.
I don't know shit. What do you guys thinK?

Yes that is definately a good idea for all of us. Will, the stuff you're talking about is calestenics(sp?) which are good. and for those of you who don't know that is stuff like push ups, sit ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, just things involving your own body weight to exercise. I was thinking that once i get my arm healed and strong again that i might start going to the weight room at my school. Also, every other day they have speed school which helps get you faster. Eating right is also key. I don't know too much about diets and what's good and what's not so if anyone has more info on that please tell.

Yeah exactly, and its simple, effective stuff. All you got to do is spend 10 - 20 mins messing around with this crap, and then increase at your will.
I think kick boxing vids are great for learning this crap, so try getting some kick boxing instructor vids on lime wire.

well i do a lot of dietin and exercise and the key factor is eatin properly. u must hav a high protein intake and a low fatty intake, i no this cuz im takin health class in college. if u smoke then u got to stop or cut back a lot. u hav to run a lot as well to get ur stamina and endurance up and if u want to do weight training then u want to do a toner workout. that means u use lite weights and u do a lot of repetitions and sets. calestenics r also a great exercise. oh and will that thing u were talkin about wit the wall is called wall sitting. u go against a wall and pretend to sit wit ur arms out forward. if need any other advice then let me no.

so has any one been working out at all?
I've been just trying to double up on light work outs twice a day by doing: -Lots-o-stretches -100 sit ups divided into 4 ways to total -25 push ups -stupid sit on the wall thing for 60 secs -thing where you lay on ur side while holding urself up with ur elbow for 60 secs -popn up and down using my toes until it hurts a lot

U can also do this threw out the day like the others but hurts. -The laying on the floor thing while holdin urself up by ur elbows is another great exercise for ur abs. But again this is an exercise that u can do all day wen u hav free time. Just do it till it hurts and thats all. -If you go to the gym and lify weights then wat ur goin to want to do is do lite, not to lite, weight and a lot of repetitions. What this does is it burns that fat off and cuts the muscle.
If your goin to b serious then u r goin to want to eat a lot of things that hav protein and a lot of greeny vegetables like salad and shyt like that.

Also I'd just to add if you think holding a burning stuffed piece of paper, and inhaling it smoldering contents is really a stress relief, then you're just pretending it. It's nothing, but an excuse for a waist of time.
You'll get much better results from opening your fists, relaxing your hands, and thinking purely about your problem.
